History and Experience
Perma-Touch is the result of a marriage between technology and customer service. Bill Cohen, a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology developed and started what is now known as Perma-Touch in 1998. As an engineer with very little business background, he approached Ron Shanholtz to partner with him in order to expand the business. Ron's background includes 19 years with national corporations, most of which were at the vice president level.
For the last 17 years Ron has been involved in the service industry and currently has oversight of Perma-Touch Operations and Customer Care. In 2001, Perma-Touch signed their first distributor in Hawaii and have now grown to forty-one retail distributors across the country. Perma-Touch has been used extensively to restore vehicle paint over the last six years with incredible success and is now available nationally.
